RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact form. We will send you a pre-paid return label with easy instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If an item was damaged during shipment, we may not ask you to send it back.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items such as personalized or customized items are not returnable. Please note the return policy for each item on that item's product page. Of course, if any non-returnable item is defective or damaged during shipment, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and issued your refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our contact form.
